Red Cross First Aid Course
Parents, are you prepared to deal with the bumps, bee stings, and scraped knees that are all a part of childhood?
Community Services is offering a one day workshop in English for parents of children 8 years old and under.
Date: Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 8am to 4 pm
Cost: $65 entitles you to a manual (English) and a CPR/ AED level ‘C’ certificate valid for 3 years
Room: JHCS’s Multipurpose Room – free parking
To guarantee your place, a non-refundable payment for the full amount is required by: Wednesday, March 23, 2016.
Cancellations with full refund will be accepted until this date.
Flexible payment plan is available, if needed.
RED CROSS FIRST AID COURSE:
Accident prevention
Shock Fainting and unconsciousness
Choking
Artificial respiration, and CPR including defibrillator demonstration
Burns Bumps, fractures, minor scrapes and bleeding
Poisoning
Bites
Asthma
Epilepsy
Allergies
Breastfeeding mothers may bring their babies to the course; a breastfeeding cushion will be made available for your convenience.
